No more snow? A Halloween donation and a Castle! Plus something else...

Sadly the snow was only meant to be here for a few days. I had some fun while it was still here but now it's gone. It is however supposed to snow this weekend for a LONG TIME! And that means I can build a snowman! Hopefully. That is my goal at this point.

Now, my companion and I and the whole mission had to be inside at 5. That meant we couldn't go to our triple ward trunk or treat at 5:30. That was a bummer until we came up with an idea for a candy donation box for the Elders (us)! We set it up outside the church and sent a picture to one of our wards and asked them to take it inside when the trunk or treat is over. So, at 7:30, we got a text from one of our bishops letting us know that it was inside! We got there in the morning and looked at the candy the charitable members gave us. See the pictures to see how well it worked!

Now, on of the best parts of this week was that we got a tour of a castle! It was crazy! It's up on a mountain and will be finished in 2-3 years! At least open. The member who is building it is making it a wedding venue and has built almost all of it himself! There are 5 rooms in it and a beautiful backyard! He has been working on this for 8 years now. The castle is on a mountain and has one of the best views I've ever seen up here! We took a LOT of pictures and you can see most of them below.

We also had a baptism! Not a convert baptism but his dad said that he has to take the lessons to be baptized so we got to teach him! His name is Tayson and he loves us. He loves everything we teach too and couldn't wait to be baptized!

It has been a great week and hopefully we can continue to keep this success going through this next month!

Love you all!
